Circuit Designer Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing and designing end-to-end circuits, the full-time Circuit Designer Specialist will manage records and system updates to ensure network optimization while collaborating with internal departments and third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze service orders to determine appropriate circuit design and prepare detailed circuit layout records
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve complex circuit provisioning problems and maintain facility inventory systems
• Provide technical support and assist in training and onboarding new team members

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a telecommunications circuit design role with comprehensive knowledge of circuit design processes
• Hands-on experience with telecommunications equipment configuration and proficiency in Metasolv/M6 application
• Experience with Salesforce and Metasolv database applications
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols
• Competency in navigating various database applications and MS software applications such as Excel, Visio, and Word
