Circuit Technician III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Circuit/Transport Technician III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive technical leadership for service assurance, network reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze and identify complex issues within the Transport network
• Design and produce technical bulletins, job aids, and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Transport network services and systems
• Expertise in SONET and Digital Access Cross-Connect (DACS) technologies
• Familiarity with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
• Ability to read Circuit Layout Records and complex schematics
• Experience in providing technical direction to personnel and contractors
