CIS Product Owner

Job Summary

As a full-time remote CIS Product Owner, the successful candidate will manage the product backlog, facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders, and support the development team throughout the SCRUM sprint cycles while ensuring valuable product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitating discovery sessions to refine existing product features and identify new opportunities
• Managing product ideas from various internal and external sources and ensuring effective feedback loops
• Collaborating with the Development Team Lead and Customer Success to support project requirements and enhance user education

Required qualifications

• Strong B2B product and business experience, particularly with enterprise customers
• Understanding of system design and analysis
• Experience in the Utilities Industry is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Detail-oriented with a positive, creative, and curious mindset
