Job Summary

To drive strategic growth and partnership initiatives within the Cisco Alliance ecosystem, the full-time Cisco Alliance Manager will manage collaborative relationships with Cisco and its partners, maximize incentives, and lead account mapping sessions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Diversified and Cisco, establishing multi-level relationships and aligning partnership goals with business plans
  • Own and operationalize the Cisco growth plan, translating strategy into regional execution plans and ensuring alignment to revenue targets
  • Lead co-sell execution and account alignment efforts, driving strategic account plans and ensuring high participation from Cisco sellers in active deals
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of related Cisco partner sales or technical experience, with expertise in Cisco Partner Alliance and Ecosystem
  • Experience working with Cisco sales field members and OEM sales partners
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proven ability to establish and expand executive-level relationships with partners
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
