Cisco CCNP Network Engineer

Job Summary

Providing expert-level network and systems support, the full-time remote Cisco CCNP Network Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of systems support for clients, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality network and systems support within a Managed Services Center
• Own issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved, including troubleshooting complex network problems
• Lead and manage assigned technical projects while collaborating effectively in a team environment

Required qualifications

• Active Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification required
• 5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics
• Solid expertise with Juniper platforms in service provider environments
• Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting complex network issues
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols: IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
