Cisco Collaboration Engineer
Job Summary
Providing second and third level technical support for the Cisco Enterprise Collaboration portfolio, the full-time remote Cisco Collaboration Engineer will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, mentor team members, and enhance technical documentation and processes for internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and subject matter expertise for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration systems
- Mentor and assist in the management, testing, and deployment of Cisco Collaboration technologies
- Engage with management to influence the quality and manageability of technology services
Required qualifications
- In-depth troubleshooting experience with Cisco Collaboration infrastructure and products
- Practical knowledge of SIP, H.323, Unix/Linux, AD/Exchange, and Cisco QoS
- CCNA Collaboration certification; CCNP Collaboration preferred
- Willingness to participate in after-hours escalation and on-call duties
- Substantial field implementation experience is highly desired but not mandatory
