Cisco FTD Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cisco FTD Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support to customers performing firewall upgrades using Cisco FTD
- Assist customers in navigating and using the automation tool for risk analysis and upgrade planning
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and help interpret output and recommendations generated by the tool
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
- Hands-on experience with FTD/ASA upgrade processes and version compatibility
- Familiarity with FMC, CLI, and common diagnostics
- Comfort with exploring new automation tools related to risk analysis
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
