Job Summary

Managing customer Cisco renewal opportunities, the full-time remote Cisco Lifecycle Renewals Specialist will collaborate with account teams to provide accurate renewal quotes and support throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and execute assigned Cisco renewal opportunities, ensuring accurate quoting and compliance with partner program guidelines
• Engage with Cisco support teams and maintain accurate CRM data for renewal opportunities and client information
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive renewal revenue growth and facilitate post-renewal updates

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal experience preferred
• Proficiency in Cisco Partner Tools (e.g., CCW-R, CCW)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Basic accounting skills and strong analytical skills regarding client quotes and reports
