Job Summary

Working remotely as a contract Cisco PAS Engineer, the candidate will provide expert TAC support, troubleshoot complex network issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Cisco TAC support or similar technical support roles
• Strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to start promptly and adapt to changing support needs
