Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cisco Renewals Analyst to provide support for Cisco Support & Services Contract renewals, handle account interaction, quoting, order processing, and renewal/contract management services for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotes for contract renewals using Cisco tools
- Provide order processing support for support and subscription renewals
- Manage customer base with support renewals administration, contract consolidation, and other renewal/contract management functions
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related Cisco Renewals experience
- Experience with renewals quoting and order processes, Cisco tools, and working with Cisco and Distribution partners
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco support services offerings and contract renewal process
- High level understanding of Cisco products, software/subscriptions, and support pricing model
