Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Cisco Services and Renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer Cisco renewals and upsell opportunities for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prepare and present renewal quotes and proposals
• Maintain and reconcile Cisco contract inventory and assist in the Services EA sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a support agreement renewal role
• Strong knowledge of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements
• Experience with Cisco asset/contract management systems
• Contract and order management experience
• Experience supporting federal government programs is preferred
