Cisco Subscription Specialist

Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through Cisco service contract renewals, the full-time remote Cisco Subscription Specialist will manage client relationships, upsell strategic offerings, and support the lifecycle of agreements by creating renewal proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer Cisco renewals and identify upsell opportunities
• Prepare and present renewal quotes/proposals while participating in strategy meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful contract management and accurate forecasting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 3+ years of experience in a support agreement renewal role
• Experience with Cisco service contracts and Enterprise Agreements
• Strong knowledge of Cisco services and contract management systems
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
