Cisco Voice Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cisco Voice Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise collaboration and voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support Webex Wholesale / Partner Hosted Webex Calling environments
• Deploy and maintain Cisco collaboration platforms, including CUCM and Unity Connection
• Troubleshoot advanced SIP signaling and voice quality issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC and Collaboration technologies
• Strong expertise with Webex Calling Wholesale or Webex Calling Provider models
• Deep understanding of SIP signaling and experience with SBCs
• Solid knowledge of hybrid voice architectures, including cloud and on-prem deployments
• Experience administering and supporting Webex Control Hub
