Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Security Office, the full-time CISO and CPO will develop and oversee information security and privacy programs, manage security initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant laws while operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance a cybersecurity culture across the organization while setting the vision and goals for information security
- Oversee the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and compliance measures while managing the Enterprise Security Office team
- Provide strategic direction for incident response planning and cybersecurity risk management, including oversight of the Security Operations Center
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field with at least ten years of relevant experience
- Minimum of five years in a management role related to network, infrastructure, or security
- Experience with implementing cloud security technologies and IT risk management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and manage teams
- Relevant certifications such as CISM or CISSP are required
