CISO and IT Security Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT & Security, CISO.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the information security strategy across various environments, serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team
• Drive a DevSecOps operating model, embedding security into development workflows and leading security assessments for new initiatives
• Build and manage effective security operations and corporate IT strategy, ensuring reliability, security, and employee productivity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or IT leadership roles, with 5+ years in people management, preferably in healthcare technology SaaS
• Proven experience in leading security engineering and operations in a cloud-native environment
• Direct experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
• Strong hands-on experience securing AWS environments
• Practical knowledge of security tools such as CrowdStrike and Okta
