CISO Information Security

Job Summary

To build a modern, scalable, and resilient security program, the full-time remote VP/CISO of Information Security will manage enterprise systems protection, lead incident response during security crises, and oversee security engineering and operations, aligning security investments with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise security vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
• Lead end-to-end incident response during security crises, including investigation and communication
• Oversee the design and implementation of security controls, including cloud security and identity management

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, including cloud environments
• Prior experience in a senior Information Security leadership role comparable to a CISO
• Strong hands-on experience in cloud security (AWS) and application security/DevSecOps
• Experience leading GRC, compliance, and risk programs
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred
