Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Chief Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a cohesive security program aligned with business outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor on security matters to executive leadership and embed security in technology modernization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish governance processes that adapt to the business environment

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive security leadership experience in regulated industries
• Proven experience in building or rebuilding security programs with high-capability teams
• Experience in leading security functions through significant technology transformations
• Direct experience presenting to and advising boards or executive risk committees
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise security architecture and relevant regulatory requirements
