CISSP Certified Cyber Security Lead

Job Summary

To lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Senior Cyber Security & Infrastructure Lead will manage cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and incident response, primarily working remotely with occasional in-office presence in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and multi-year security roadmap
• Lead the development and maturity of the enterprise cybersecurity program using the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Provide leadership for enterprise security monitoring, detection, investigation, containment, and response

Required qualifications:

• CISSP certification required
• 10+ years of progressive information security or cybersecurity experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity strategy and incident response
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and cloud security
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
