CISSP Certified Identity Governance VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Identity Governance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global IGA strategy and roadmap aligned with security and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the enterprise IGA platform, including architecture, deployment, and integration with various systems
• Lead a high-performing team and establish identity governance processes while serving as the primary escalation point for audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• CISSP Certification required; CISA/CISM certifications preferred
• 7 years of experience in identity and access management leadership roles
• Proven experience in transforming an enterprise-scale IGA program in regulated environments
• Deep expertise with IGA platforms and experience leading large, distributed teams
