CISSP Certified Information Security Manager

Job Summary

Leading the information security program, the full-time remote Manager of Information Security will manage the IT/TechOps team, oversee SOC 2 compliance, and collaborate with engineering on security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Run the SOC 2 program end to end, manage information security policies, and represent security in the Risk + Compliance committee
• Lead the IT/TechOps team in corporate IT and security functions, including incident response and vendor management
• Configure SIEM and vulnerability management systems while partnering with technical leaders to enhance cloud security posture

Required qualifications

• CISSP certification
• 5+ years of experience on a security team
• Experience achieving SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance
• A semi-technical degree or hands-on technical experience in scripting, web development, or automation
• Startup experience in a scrappy environment
