Citizen Developer Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Citizen Developer Program Manager to oversee and enhance their Citizen Developer program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions and support materials for low-code/no-code platforms
- Provide mentorship to program participants and develop a community of practice
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure quality and security of citizen-developed workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with low-code Digital and Robotic Process Automation tools
- Experience in training and mentoring individuals or teams
- Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform and knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau
