Citizen Developer Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Citizen Developer Program Manager to oversee and enhance their Citizen Developer program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and support materials for low-code/no-code platforms
• Provide mentorship to program participants and develop a community of practice
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure quality and security of citizen-developed workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with low-code Digital and Robotic Process Automation tools
• Experience in training and mentoring individuals or teams
• Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform and knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau
