Citrix Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Citrix Systems Administrator to oversee the design, administration, and optimization of a complex on-premises Citrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and support of an on-premises Citrix environment, including NetScaler, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain XenApp farms and Citrix Virtual Apps environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix application and infrastructure issues, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional IT teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience administering Citrix environments at a senior level within an on-premises infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with NetScaler, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, XenApp farms, and Citrix Virtual Apps environments
• Proven experience configuring Citrix persistent desktops and supporting Citrix streaming applications
• Strong expertise managing and optimizing Windows Server environments
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues independently
