Citrix VDI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Citrix VDI - Information Systems Architect to join a high-performing technical team responsible for the design, support, and management of a Secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Citrix/XenApp environments
• Monitor VDI platforms and maintain support for VDI End-User Sessions
• Manage and support Citrix/VMware virtual infrastructure and ensure system stability and security

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years supporting large-scale Citrix VDI and Windows enterprise environments
• Expertise with Citrix XenDesktop, XenServer, XenApp, and VMware administration
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Familiarity with VDI monitoring, patching, and maintenance
• Experience training technical staff and collaborating cross-functionally
