Civil BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP Modeler / BIM Specialist (Civil).

Key Responsibilities

• Model various trades (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) based on project scope and client requirements
• Ensure high-quality modeling through expertise and technical knowledge, including LOD and QAQC capabilities
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the initial information review and modeling phases

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree, preferably in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil/Structure projects
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Civil3D and Revit
• Upper Intermediate level of English is essential
• Experience with Navisworks is desirable
