Civil Construction Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Construction Estimator to support pricing and bid development for civil projects across multiple U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil cost estimates for Wireless/Wireline/EV charging projects
• Develop pricing for multi-state projects, considering regional labor rates and material costs
• Coordinate with internal teams during bid development and support subcontractor vetting

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience estimating civil construction work for commercial or infrastructure projects
• Ability to price work across multiple states and labor markets
• Familiarity with site-based construction for utilities and renewable projects
• Strong understanding of regional cost drivers for construction materials
• Proficiency with estimating tools and Excel-based takeoffs
