Civil Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Construction Manager/Inspector with a strong background in construction materials testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance program at the project site
• Read and interpret plans and specifications at various stages of a project
• Initiate actions needed to keep construction progress on schedule

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in construction materials testing, observation, or construction administration
• Valid driver's license and a good driving history
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred but not required
• American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Grade 1, Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, and OSHA10 or OSHA30 preferred but not required
