Civil Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Design Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Create site layouts and civil land development design sheet sets in AutoCAD/Civil 3D for renewable energy projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, practices, and codes while managing multiple projects
• Coordinate with clients and project managers, and assist in determining schedule and budget requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar applicable work experience is required
• EIT Certificate is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD and/or Civil3D
• Experience in creating civil land development sheet sets, including grading and site drainage
• Knowledge of GIS software tools and prior renewable energy project experience is desirable
