Civil Design Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Civil Design Engineer II/III will deliver civil and land development designs for utility-scale renewable energy projects, applying engineering judgment and collaborating with a mission-driven team to ensure high-quality project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create civil engineering plans, calculations, and documentation for renewable energy projects
• Support site design, grading, drainage, and stormwater management while coordinating with internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and participate in project meetings to communicate engineering work effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in civil engineering design, land development, or renewable energy projects
• Working knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and design practices
• Ability to prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and project documentation
• Strong collaborative approach to project delivery and cross-functional coordination
