Job Summary
Assisting in the production of high-quality civil engineering designs, the full-time Designer I will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create construction plans and collaborate with engineers on various civil projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create engineered construction plans and sheet setups
- Work closely with civil engineers to interpret design intent and produce accurate CAD drawings
- Assist in generating exhibits and plans for grading, drainage, road design, and erosion control
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma with completion of an Autodesk AutoCAD certification program or equivalent drafting experience
- Preferred associate or technical degree in CAD, civil engineering technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in civil design or drafting
