Civil Engineer in Training

Job Summary

To support the Residential Land Development Team, the full-time hybrid Residential Land Development Engineer in Training will assist project engineers in design development, solve technical challenges, and contribute to high-quality deliverables while working approximately three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of residential land projects from initial concepts to final plans
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to address technical challenges and enhance project outcomes
• Contribute to the preparation of client-ready deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-1+ years of related professional experience, including internships and co-ops
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated self-motivation and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
