Civil Engineer Owner's Representative

Job Summary

Overseeing projects from site planning to construction, the full-time Civil Engineer Owner's Representative will utilize civil engineering expertise to ensure compliance with owner requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide consultants throughout all project phases in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize civil engineering expertise for design-related activities associated with data center sites or projects
• Serve as an internal consultant and authorized representative, collaborating with various stakeholders to execute design and construction contracts
• Review submitted designs and provide engineering guidance to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred: Master's Degree and Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Civil or Site Engineering
• Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and industry construction methods
