Civil Engineer PE Representative

Job Summary

Overseeing projects from site planning to construction, the full-time Civil Engineer PE Representative will utilize civil engineering expertise to guide consultants, ensure compliance with Owner requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an internal consultant and authorized representative throughout all project phases
• Review and provide feedback on civil engineering designs to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Contribute to the development of civil engineering guidelines and specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred: Master's Degree and Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Civil or Site Engineering
• Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure
• Familiarity with water/wastewater design and hydraulic modeling
