Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Construction Civil Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of data center construction projects, including site planning and compliance with client requirements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement design and construction contracts
• Manage project management activities for multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Solid understanding of commercial real estate, project management, and construction practices
• Familiarity with water/wastewater design and hydraulic modeling
• Professional Engineer license preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products
