Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Engineer to lead site development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed site layouts, including grading plans and structural foundations
Conduct site assessments and environmental impact studies to determine project viability
Navigate local zoning laws and manage the permitting process with agencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
License is strongly preferred or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
5-8 years of experience in land development or industrial construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, or similar BIM software
Strong understanding of hydrology, soil mechanics, and reinforced concrete design
