Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Litigation Paralegal for a remote and part-time contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all paralegal responsibilities within the litigation life cycle, including filing documents and drafting discovery and pleadings
• Handle California state and federal cases
• Maintain knowledge of court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience with a law firm and/or corporate legal department
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Outstanding references required
• Experience in a high-energy environment
