Job Summary
A company is looking for a Civil Litigation Paralegal for a remote and part-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all paralegal responsibilities within the litigation life cycle, including filing documents and drafting discovery and pleadings
- Handle California state and federal cases
- Maintain knowledge of court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of litigation experience with a law firm and/or corporate legal department
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding references required
- Experience in a high-energy environment
