Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Nuclear Energy Capacity Building SME - Short Term.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 2-3 presentations on foundational elements for safe and sustainable nuclear energy programs
• Address workforce development considerations for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) versus conventional nuclear power plants
• Develop knowledge management frameworks to retain and transfer nuclear expertise

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in nuclear engineering, policy, or workforce capacity-building, with direct SMR experience
• Experience with government institutions or international programs in nuclear newcomer or expanding countries
• Strong understanding of international best practices and familiarity with the IAEA Milestones Approach
• Prior experience in developing or delivering technical training for international audiences
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for policymakers and regulators
