Civil OSP Design Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume Outside Plant (OSP) and linear infrastructure programs, the fully remote Civil OSP Design Engineer will perform detailed civil design work, conduct formal QA/QC reviews, and collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed civil and OSP design work, including underground conduit pathway layout and utility coordination
• Conduct formal QA/QC reviews of design packages, ensuring compliance with client standards and local jurisdictional requirements
• Support project managers by tracking design review cycles and maintaining QC checklists for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline, plus 2 years of hands-on civil-OSP design experience
• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D in a production environment
• Experience performing technical QA/QC reviews of design drawings
• Practical understanding of underground conduit systems and utility coordination principles
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multi-project environment
