Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Civil Project Engineer II - VA Licensed to design steel piles and connections for renewable energy projects, develop concrete slab designs, and assist in project management activities, with remote work options available for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Design steel piles and connections for various structural applications
• Develop cast-in-place concrete slab designs and apply renewable energy systems knowledge
• Assist in project scope, schedule, and budget development while supporting marketing efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in solar structure design
• PE License is a plus
• Proficiency in structural design software, especially LPile, Mathcad, and Excel
• Experience with AutoCAD for plan development and familiarity with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability
