A company is looking for an Investigator for the Office of Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of discrimination and harassment complaints, including developing investigation plans and interviewing relevant individuals
• Draft detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate records of findings
• Provide consultation and education on discriminatory practices and facilitate informal resolutions when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of anti-discrimination laws and regulations specific to higher education
• Basic knowledge of trauma-informed investigation practices
• Ability to balance a demanding caseload while managing time effectively
