Civil-Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil-Structural Design Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structural engineering plans and calculations for renewable energy projects
• Design concrete or steel foundations to meet jurisdictional requirements
• Perform design tasks on small projects or portions of larger projects under supervision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering required
• EIT Certificate is preferred
• 6 months or greater experience in structural or civil designing and drafting is preferred
• Knowledge of structural engineering design software tools is desirable
• Prior renewable energy project experience is desirable
