Job Summary

Leading site activities for construction and commissioning projects, the full-time Civil Superintendent will manage site teams, ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards, and contribute to strategy development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities during project phases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations
• Develop specialized knowledge in civil construction, serving as a best practice resource and contributing to policy development
• Utilize technical expertise to analyze data and support decision-making for operational challenges

Required qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in the USA
• Significant experience in Project Management and Site Management for roles outside of the USA
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in civil construction and project execution
• Ability to lead small projects and mentor less experienced colleagues
• Strong understanding of competition and market differentiation factors
