Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new product modules while ensuring reliability and compliance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore contractors
• Monitor application health and handle sensitive production issues in a CJIS-compliant manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years leading and mentoring teams of 8 or more software developers
• 5+ years of expert-level experience in C# / .NET (currently .NET 8)
• 3+ years of experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and Redis
• 1-2 years of experience guiding offshore contractors and providing technical mentorship
