Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support Sales and Marketing teams in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve operations tickets in Jira and maintain the lead routing framework
• Monitor fallout and troubleshoot routing issues to ensure efficient lead handling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales workflow processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with sales lead routing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Chili Piper)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and proposing actionable solutions
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Sigma) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
