CJIS Certified Security Architect

Job Summary

To support a large enterprise security team, the full-time Sr Security Architect Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM XDR & CRIBL will manage the design, implementation, and operational support of SIEM and XDR capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, deployment, and administration of Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM and Cortex XDR, including tenant-specific configurations and data segregation
• Support the development and maintenance of automated response workflows, playbooks, and operational documentation for incident response and security operations
• Collaborate with security architects and analysts to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain annual CJIS certification after onboarding
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, and CRIBL in multi-tenant environments
• Strong background in developing detections, correlation rules, and threat-hunting queries
• Experience in creating and managing complex playbooks and operational runbooks
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Security, or equivalent relevant work experience
