Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist I to manage the renewal lifecycle and ensure contract execution and revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the renewal process for assigned accounts, including initiation and execution
• Manage renewal notifications, quotes, approvals, and Salesforce updates for accuracy
• Collaborate with various teams to assess renewal risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in renewals, account operations, or customer success operations
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and retention metrics
• Experience managing renewals for mid-market to enterprise accounts
• Ability to interpret and operationalize contracts and service agreements
