Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote CJIS Compliant Customer Success Advocate I will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customer adoption of products, facilitating onboarding, and identifying opportunities for deeper value realization while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, building a deep understanding of customer goals and success metrics
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic conversations to align with customer agency goals and showcase value delivered
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales to enhance the customer experience and drive product improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, preferably within a SaaS environment or public safety sector
  • Proven track record in managing strategic customer relationships and driving measurable outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting usage patterns and customer health indicators
