Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and governance of the Customer and Prospect Database (CaPdb)
• Lead and develop the Business Development Representative (BDR) team and establish KPIs for audience engagement
• Oversee market intelligence and audience reporting to inform campaign execution and optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, audience strategy, or business development leadership
• Proven experience leading BDR or prospect engagement teams
• Strong understanding of the B2B revenue cycle and audience targeting
• Experience managing customer and prospect databases for segmentation and performance optimization
