CJIS Licensed Identity Services Engineer

Job Summary

Managing and maintaining the operational readiness of email and identity solutions, the full-time CJIS Licensed Identity Services Engineer will perform engineering tasks, handle client incidents, and install, configure, and audit identity protection platforms in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks in support of identity protection services
• Handle client satisfaction escalations and incidents
• Install, configure, and audit identity protection platforms and applications

Required qualifications

• 3-to-5 years of cyber security identity experience
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent work history
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, AWS, and/or Mimecast
• Industry certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware are desired
• This position requires a CJIS clearance
