Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Customer Facing) to oversee project activities and client interactions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects while ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
• Assembles project teams, assigns responsibilities, and develops schedules for project execution
• Acts as the primary contact for clients during software implementation projects, managing interactions with internal departments and vendors

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in a related area
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing Project Management
• Experience with project management methodologies, including PMBOK and SCRUM
• Proven track record in managing complex teams and implementing project management processes
• Proficiency in deploying and managing project management tools for schedules, milestones, and revenue tracking
