CJIS Licensed Technical Services Engineer
Job Summary
To assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces, the remote CJIS Licensed Technical Services Engineer will review business processes, configure systems, conduct testing, and support system rollouts while collaborating with development teams and ensuring successful delivery of value-added services.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct system demonstrations and assist with pre-go-live reviews
- Develop expertise in configuring software solutions and ensure project deliverables are met
- Collaborate with diverse teams and mentor junior team members to enhance skill development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with an associate's degree/certification
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, including integrating third-party software solutions
- Strong multitasking abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and working knowledge of MS SQL Server and PostgresSQL
